RLCC Platform Tennis — Privacy Policy

RLCC Platform Tennis ("the app") is a members-only scheduling and lineup app for Ruth Lake Country Club's platform tennis program. It's available on iOS, Android, and the web. This page explains what information the app collects and how it's used.

Who can use the app

Access is limited to people on a club team roster. You sign in with Apple, Google, or a one-time email code, and your account is matched against the roster by email (or by your cell number, the first time, if your email isn't recognized yet).

What we collect

• Roster info — name, cell phone number, and email address, entered by a team captain or club admin (or by you, the first time you sign in).
• Match & lineup data — schedules, availability, court assignments, and match results that captains and players enter.
• PTI (Platform Tennis Index) — pulled automatically from the APTA's public national PTI directory (data.platform.tennis) for players linked to an APTA profile.
• Account identifiers — the email address or Apple/Google account identifier used to sign in, so the app knows who you are on return visits.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or any device sensors.

How it's used

All of the above is used only to run the app itself — showing your team's schedule, tracking availability, building lineups, and displaying PTI trends. Roster contact info (phone/email) is visible only to signed-in members of your own team, not the public.

Who we share it with

• Supabase (supabase.com) — our backend database and authentication provider. It stores the data described above on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.
• APTA (platform.tennis) — we read publicly published PTI ratings from their directory; we don't send them any of your data.

We don't sell data, run ads, or share your information with any other third party.

Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account at any time from inside the app — no email or phone call required. Open the account menu (the building icon at the top of any tab, or the menu on the sign-in/link screen) and choose Delete Account, then confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your sign-in account and unlinks your email address.

Your name and cell number remain part of the club's team roster, which is created and managed by your team captain (not by you as an individual account). To have those roster details changed or removed, contact your captain or email jwnpalmer@gmail.com. Match history involving other players (e.g. past lineup results) may be retained in anonymized form for team records.
